Born Jan 22, 1968, a native to Cleveland Ohio, who attended Chanel High School and later attended The Ohio University on a football scholarship. After graduating from OU on November 21, 1990, Charles spent the next three years trying to secure a spot upon an NFL roster.
In 1995, his interests turned to law enforcement as a police officer for the Cleveland Heights Police Department (CHPD). Charles later moved on to the Ohio Investigative Unit (OIU), where he served as a Special Agent and assigned to work with the U.S. Secret Service as a task force agent.
Charles’ multi law enforcement assignments groomed him for his current position as a local Assistant Director for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, working in their Residential Reentry Correctional facilities.
Charles is also a author for Trient Press, where he writes about his former true events as a undercover special agent. Charles’ spare time is spent serving his community through his fraternity known as The Omega Phi Psi Fraternity, Inc.
